SHIPPING

Shipping and processing time can take up to 2 weeks.

Custom pendant processing time is 4-6 weeks based on my current work load.

All orders are shipped with USPS.

Once tracking has been sent, Mariposa Gems is no longer responsible for your item(s).

Issues with lost or damaged items must be resolved through USPS.


CUSTOM PENDANTS

Contact me on any of my social media platforms or through email to inquire about a custom pendant. Again processing time is 4-6 weeks unless otherwise discussed.

SALES & RETURNS

All sales are final. Returns will not be accepted unless of course you received the wrong product.

If you wish to purchase a pendant off of my website, but would like to use a different payment method than what I currently offer please contact me by email or on social media! However, I can not remove any products from my site until I have received payment.

PENDANT REPAIR

Mariposa Gems will fix any of our pendants with loose gems or broken wire. You must send a picture of what is wrong with the pendant, and you must cover your end of the shipping cost. Other than that any repairs are free.
